Lori Dumas, FPQP®
Sr. Private Client Services Associate
Working for a great company with wonderful clients is like winning the lottery. I’ve found both working at Quartz Financial as the Sr. Private Client Services Associate. During my 19 years of experience in the investment and financial industry, working at Quartz Financial has provided me with the opportunity to work with many amazing clients in many aspects of their personal financial needs.
My role with Quartz Financial gives me the flexibility and resources to treat our clients just like family. My position allows me the opportunity to get to know our clients on a personal level and the Family Office atmosphere offers our clients a refreshing and relaxed experience. Whether I am welcoming a new family to Quartz Financial or discussing a client’s personal liquidity management situation, I am happy to be a part of this comprehensive wealth management firm.
My strong operational background provides Quartz clients with a point of contact for their financial inquiries. I support all aspects of Quartz Financials daily operations, from onboarding new clients, account reconciliation and reporting, cash flow management and office administration, to working closely with David Rust and Shane Moore to implement and monitor customized financial strategies.
Prior to joining Quartz Financial, I worked as an investment associate with J.P. Morgan/Bank One, Silicon Valley Bank, Comerica Bank and Merrill Lynch. I hold a series 7, 63 and 66 securities registration with LPL Financial. I have earned the designation of Financial Planning Qualified Professional (FPQP®), through the College of Financial Planning and I graduated from Briarwood College in Connecticut with an AAS degree.
My husband and I moved our family to Texas in 1994 and our three children now call Texas their home. When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my grandchildren or attending their activities. My husband and I love to cook and host an annual gourmet dinner with our friends. Our travel plans often bring us back to Connecticut, where our immediate family resides.
