Carol Y. Moore

Carol, a financial services industry veteran since 1989, began her career as a community banking loan review analyst. This experience led her to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as a Bank Examiner where she was responsible for evaluating bank activities and management processes and developing recommendations and corrective plans of action to ensure national banks operate in a safe and sound manner and comply with laws and regulations.

Most recently, Carol was an Account Development Partner with CheckFree Corporation (now Fiserv, Inc.) where she managed electronic commerce services and products including online banking and electronic bill payment for major banking and financial institutions.

Carol’s experience with audit, compliance, and technology processes brings a unique perspective to the Quartz Financial family. “The financial services industry is experiencing a great deal of change in the areas of technology and heightened regulations. Staying ahead of these improvements is crucial to providing clients an exceptional wealth management experience.” said Moore.

Carol received a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Accounting from Texas State University. She is active in her community, participating in numerous neighborhood and Eanes Independent School District activities. Carol enjoys travelling, reading, and baking.
