As a Client Service Associate and newest member of the Quartz Financial advisory team, I chose this role because of the family first personalized experience that Quartz provides their clients. Every member of the team is well established in the financial industry, and I am excited to work side by side with them and have them as mentors. Their work in the field of Sudden Wealth is extensive and I’m excited to learn the nuances of handling clients who experience a Sudden Wealth event.
In my role, Quartz Financial has provided me with the tools to provide our clients a world class experience. Whether answering the phones, assisting each team member, or addressing more intricate client questions, the expectations and level of care for each client is well thought out.
I have been in the industry for the past 5 years, working with Kestra Financial and Charles Schwab in client care administration and supervisory roles. Before my calling to the financial world, I was a Paramedic in my hometown of Brownwood, Texas and obtained my Real Estate license through the Austin Institute of Real Estate.
My three children and I moved to Central Texas in 2013. While I am not working, you can catch me on the basketball court filming for a small basketball association in Hays County. My family loves being part of the sports community and traveling to new places every year.
